So happy that our last LIVE workout worked well, so I am definitely continuing with this series / Werbung 🙂 this involves talking, tips to make this short workout extra effective and my brother Dennis as a motivator behind the camera. I’m also stuck at home, so we are going to film straight from our living room. No fancy location required to make those abs cry!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you’re used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed 🙂 If you need a break tho – take it! Just don’t quit!

  1. My hip always cracks while doing leg lifts, scissior kicks, flutter kicks, etc. and i finally found the reason why. Thank you Pam, i'll try engaging my abs more next time 😊😊😊

  2. Ich persönlich habe es immer gemocht wenn nicht gesprochen wird da es mich ablenkt. Die Uhr oben ist super praktisch. Bei der ersten Übung geh ich schnell in s Hohlkreuz was glaube ich Verursacher für die Rückenschmerzen in diesem Moment ist, weiß Jemand Rat? Lieben Dank und bleibt gesund 🙂

    Your live was amazing but I have questions:
    You talked about following the rest of your videos, like the Jason Derulo workout, the 15mins HIIT and the Cool Down one to have a full 45mins full workout session but do you suggest we do all in once or we spread the videos throughout the day, considering we are in confinement?

  5. Wow that was really exhausting…damn! I can't believe I did everything and tbh I'm feeling like dying and nearly cried due the work out but that was worth it! See ya tomorrow 😂♥️

  6. My issue with sideplanks is that rather than my arms or abs, it hurts my elbows. Is it an issue with balance or is there a specific place I should place more pressure on? I also struggle with where to put my feet since my ankles roll after a while.

  8. My shoulders tend to crack when I do side plank exercises 😅 and my shoulders tend to help too, is there a way to fix this? I think I'm engaging too much traps??
