10 Minute Beautiful Thigh Sculpt Pilates Workout | 7 Day Thigh Challenge (Days 4-7)

These are your LAST five moves of the 7 Day Thigh Challenge and I want you to give them 110%!!!! Think about how strong and accomplished you’re gonna feel at the end. So proud of you all for making it this far!!


Purpose: To slim and sculpt your thighs in 7 days!
Begins: Monday May 25, 2020
Ends: Sunday June 1, 2020
Length: 7 days
Daily commitment: 20-30 min

How it works:
Day 1-7: Take a before picture of your legs & complete the workouts listed for the day. You can even film yourself doing these and have a cool progress video that you can upload to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube at the end of the week!
Day 1-7: Make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
Day 1-7: Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, crackers, cereal, pastries etc.) and replace with whole vegetables and fruits for 7 days.
End of Day 7: Take an after picture or video of your legs and upload the results to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube! Make sure to include the #7DayThighChallenge hashtag and tag @blogilates so other users can find the challenge!

We’ll do each move for 45 seconds, with a 15 second break between. Let’s do this!!!

  5. Normally I turn the sound off because most instructors annoy me! LOL However, I really like Cassey's style and she motivates me throughout the sweat sesh. <3 She's so sweet and genuine and her workouts are tough and she has great form.

  9. Remember that every body is beautiful! The number on the scale doesn’t matter, or the inches around your waist. Push yourself to do the full minute each time. You WILL see results and you CAN do it❤️

  11. Hey Cassey! I did the leg slimming cardio for 2 days and had dance class but i think i strained my thighs too much. I can't even sit down properly! What should i do? I even stretched properly. Should i continue working out?

So each 10 min sculpt video this month has surpassed its predecessor in terms of requiring extreme stamina from us and I just don’t know ow how we get through them, but I actually had to take a breather during the fwd and bwd thigh circles in the first round, my thighs are still vibrating post this workout, 🔥🔥🔥

  16. Hiii Cassey! I have a problem😭😭😭 Durning the Inner thing lift and circles, when u say we can bring the knee forward or lift up the leg and hold the ankle, both of those poses hurt a lotttttt to the point i started crying 😢, when i bring the knee forward i can't even do one rep nicely because my hip bone digs into the mat really strong and hurts, and when i hold the ankle, my glute muscles hurt so much bc they're sore from the first 3 days of the challenge. 😭 I could only do the workout properly if i placed the resting leg behind in the same position as when u hold the ankle but without holding it. Is that still effective? Can I do that as a modification or does it target different muscles in that way? 🙁

  17. Can you please do a 7 day challenge on an intense workout that is around 20-30 minutes on getting your flexibility back. I can’t do gymnastics because of quarantine and when I get back I want to be better than before
