  1. This is exactly what I need today! Asthma steroids have my butt expanding- which is kind of awesome, I have so much booty right now!- and it needs to tone and shape, exactly like this series is doing. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome!

  2. Great video and workout as always! Just a teensy suggestion. Maybe you could program the timer to start after you have demo'd the move. I feel sometimes the second leg gets more of a workout.

  3. OMG …😱 it was beginner routine… It was burning like crazy….
Hey Cassey can you also share your hair care routine? I too want to grow my hairs hip length….

  4. Hey beautiful! May I ask that you do some exercises for postpartum mums? My lower back is killing me because I carry my baby and I would love to have some exercises that help with that! Love your energy!

  5. best workout channel. the others are good, but these videos just makes me feel like im actually doing something, but doesnt leave me feeling like shit afterwards. not to mention she i so motivating. every time im about to fall off the mat, she knows what to say to get me working again.

  6. When I just started working out my gym instructor said “squeeze your butt, if you don’t squeeze – nobody will” . Think about it for a second. It has a double meaning.
Anyway… keep squeezing girls, keep the burn going ! Results will show 💪💪💪

  7. How do you prevent your wrists and hands from hurting being in that position? I could do the leg exercises but my wrists and hands were hurting so much I had to stop 😥

  8. 1/ Well… Given that I'm doing the #100glutechallenge, this workout is triggering for me, even though it's just the beginners version.
2/ "For the intermediate & extreme ones, I'm going to load all the moves onto the same side" OH DANG IT, she's going to kill us. Yeahh.. she wants to kill us
3/ You do have healthy, longer hair. It grew pretty fast! It looks good. I've been wanting to up my hair goals as well since they're not really healthy so that's an added motivation 🙂

  9. Hey Casey! Just wanted to say that since quarantine I’ve been doing a lot more exercise than before. And it’s great that your routines are short because I feel more motivated to do them, especially in the morning. I just go to notifications and find the last video you posted and do it.

  10. I'm doing your calendars for a few months now, but this month I really struggle due to circulatory system problems. I also feel like the list of workouts for a day gets longer and longer. Is there a way to have the calendar in a "light" version? The beginners calendar bores me because I did the videos so often and I want to do the new ones. I would be great to have a shorter/easier option for the monthly calendar, so that everybody can feel accomplished! lots of love!!!

  11. This one brings me back to 2011 doing some of your first leg and booty workout videos in my dorm room! Love & appreciate these simple but effective moves! 💕☝🏻

  12. I’ve been waiting for a knee friendly workout for a while. This was a really great workout! I couldn’t do the bridge walks completely (I’ll get there) but overall 9/10. Thank you! 😊

  13. Thanks for all you do Cassey- you rock! I was just wondering, how do you actually square your hips and not open them up? I’ve been doing your workouts for years and I still don’t really get it ❤️

  14. Whyyyy blogilates reps always the longest oneee! That's why i always quit, I'm bored to do the same workout for 1min 30sec. I rather choose to follow workout video that do 45sec for each reps without breaks than a 2minutes reps with breaks😩 well i think everyone has a their own liking. So whatever, as long as you enjoy the workout tho

  15. I'm coming back to Blogilates after trying out some other internet fitness instructors…Cassey's are the only ones I smile the whole way through even though they're tough! She makes me forget I'm in pain!!!

  16. I remember when I used to excercise with blogilates like 5 years ago and Cassey was the first person even who taught me fire hydrants (still hate them though :D) !

  17. Hey Cassy! You are one of my inspiration!❤️Maybe you can make video week in your life😃 it would be inspiring and motivating to see how much you workout, your meals etc trough out the week😊

  18. My wirsts hurt soo bad anytime I do this type of exercise! Does anyone have any advice for me or is it just because I'm too heavy?
Also, thank you Cassey for always being so positive it helps me so much more than someone shouting at me!
