  1. 20-minute dance workouts are a little pointless because you spend so much time standing around :/ Better to have either a short workout with simple choreography or a long one with more intricate stuff.

  2. Haters gonna hate. Main differences between this chica and Simone are accents, physiques, and hair colour. Dance workouts have their place and time. On a side note, I love Anna's earnestness in dance workouts. Bless her heart, in the full meaning of that American Southern expression.

  4. Anna this comment is not about this workout. I have question about an older workout on this site that I can't find, and love. It is a 10 minute one and (hate to describe it this way) instructor was described as having a funny voice, not to me she didn't. I can't find it. Thank you for help, Pam

  5. I don't know what some of these comments are about…I just did my first workout routine in a really long time and am grateful to have found this. It's intense enough for me between my lack of dancing skills and being out of shape. Thank you!!

  6. Hi Anna, could you please do a video on Daisy Ridley's workout routine (for Star Wars or her everyday routine)? I like the fact that she is confident, strong, and healthy. There seems to be less of an emphasis on sculpting and getting a certain shape with her. One of my resolutions is to focus on health, strength, and flexibility in my workouts, instead of "the perfect body", and Daisy Ridley is sort of my inspiration for this goal.

  8. Workouts like these are important, not all of us are super fit and can do the weight lifting Tabata type stuff so if you don't like dance workouts just avoid them!

  10. I love this! It really works up a sweat. Is there a slower version for beginners though? I've only just started doing dance workouts a little while ago and I feel like I lose the benefits of the movements when I have to go through them so fast. I end up just sloppily throwing out moves just so that i can catch up to the next one
