  3. I'm doing this as soon as I'm not sick. My mom told me no working cuz I need to save energy. Maybe that's true cuz I'm on my period and I usually wake up at 6 and exercise 40 minutes 6 days a week. I'm 13 so maybe that's too much. But I love working out I like the feeling of accomplishment it gives me.

  5. Hello! I love your channel, it gives not only exercises but motivation as well, thank you a lot for what you do!
    Just a brief question, have you ever thought of adding a level of workout into the subscription? I sometimes start doing something and realize I cannot go further than 10 minutes cause it's reeeeally burning, and sometimes I feel not enough of workout after 30 minutes ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. I work out 6 days a week and 3-4 of those days are running 6-9 miles. However, I can't do this work out. All the ground to feet so fast makes me light headed and I feel like I'm going to faint. ๐Ÿ™

  9. Tried this workout and the only thing I dont like is that we are constantly getting up and then going back on the floor. Its just very hard to keep up.

  13. I love Anna. Wish she would be the lead on all the 30 minute work outs. I love her personality, she's upbeat and she feels your pain. Oh and she acts like a real person. Which 99% of trainers act like robots

  16. can't believe i went through 30 mins of this! had to take mini breaks in between of some of them, but i feel awesome and accomplished!!! thank you! i'll be doing all of these throughout my weightloss journey!
