  1. Can someone who has done this workout tell me if it’s a hard one? I know it says beginner but sometimes they’re more challenging (which is what I’m looking for!) xx

Great video, but I don't know if I'll do it because the commercials that cut in often contain scam diet products and body shaming imagery which is bad for everyone, but especially those with body image issues or an eating disorder history. If you are able to moderate your commercials, please do. They destroy the positive vibe of your workouts.

  4. This is great for when you are really sore from super vigorous workoutS last week, & want to start the week a bit gentler. This is awesome then followed by a HIIT workout.
