  1. I do cross fit 4-5 x a week and have just recently committed to Pilates every day even if it is for 10 mins. So doing this today. Keep the Pilates workout coming. Thanks.

Cant wait to try this out and by the way, Cassey, your abs look amazing and also i noticed you did got more muscle mass and reduced a bit of fat you had (i say a bit of fat because you had a bit of fat, which is now even less). Can see that not just in your abs, but also in your legs and ARMS (yes!!). I saw the pics you posted after your 90-day journey and im really glad you feel and look so good. Also proud of you. You manage to always motivate me to become better than yesterday, thank you for that

  7. So I have this disorder where my ligaments and tendons are loose and don't work correctly. It makes it really hard for me to do triceps workouts. Could you maybe do a tricep wo that doesn't put pressure on my shoulders?

  8. I know this is kind of random but would you ever consider doing a video about preparing easy and healthy meals to bring to work? I tend to gravitate towards those quick microwaveable meals and I know they're not healthy 😅 But I don't know where to start!

  12. I‘ve not been doing to well with working out these last weeks so I told myself to start again today and I was so scared of doing one of cassey‘s ab Workouts because I remember some of them killing me.
    But this one was hard yet i was able to push through and I just love this overall chill vibe💗 thank you so much cassey

  13. I feel like this is one of the first ab workouts where I really noticed that it didn't feel as hard as they all used to. Grant it, it went slow and wasn't crazy, but it feels like a start towards improvement for me.

  14. This was such a friendly workout for someone with exercise-induced asthma! I felt like I got a really good workout, but I wasn't dying for my inhaler by the end of it 🙂
