Who’s ready for a brand new workout video?! I know you guys have been waiting patiently, so I wanted to give you guys a beautiful 10 minute total body workout that you can do at home!

I love these moves because they’re fluid, graceful, elegant and sexy – and they remind me of dancing! I feel so confident doing them, so I know you will too!

We’re gonna start with a quick ab warm up to get all those core muscles working. This no-equipment workout targets the upper abs, lower abs, inner thighs, outer thighs, shoulders, and arms!

It’s a great start to a day, could you possibly do another one like this but a video that focuses on mid belly strengthening and toning there’s a lot of upper and lower abs videos out their but there’s not many that really focus on the mid belly specifically. You look gorgeous btw and and just so happy and glowing❤️ love the color scheme a rose gold collection by you would be amazing!

  12. That s was great! Please could you do a stretching video for inflexible people or people with tight muscles?

    Also do you have any advice for people who struggle with their flexibility?
    I am barely able to lean in pike before so feel my muscle tighten.

  15. I did it! My first time! I had to modify a bit, but I got through. Cassey, your pilates always makes me feel peaceful, even though it's pretty tough. My goal is to do this workout, along with your arms for beginners, at least 4 days a week for 6 months and see where I am. Thanks SO MUCH, Cassey, for your light and your sunshine! <3

Do you have any diastasis recti safe videos to help me with that mom pooch? Or if you could make one sometime?   21. I was really excited about this workout until you said we were starting with abs… And that's not saying I hate abs.
    I'm currently 17 wks 3 days preggers and my Dr told me to avoid a lot of ab workouts or stuff that has me laying on my back for too long because of how fast my baby is growing 🥺😔 Still gonna do the rest of the video tho
