I have lost weight and have been doing your exercises for about 6wks i have  seen results , triceps are a different story, trying the kick back, what i would love to see is stretching exercise for the lower back ( I'm 50) , , yoga positions are  just to hard to get into.  keep up the good work my daughter and i are both motivated by you.
