Join me and The Fitness Marshall for a warmup to “Bad Things” by Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly, a fun, fat burning, easy to follow dance workout to “Havana” by Camila Cabello, and a hard core POP Pilates ab workout to “Tip Toe” by Jason Derulo!

  1. I love the energy so much in the video it has become my go to work out if I just want to up my mood or I just want to finish off the days work outs with a little fun. The abs kills me but I'll do it over and over again just to listen to the two of you!

  2. cassey this is definitely the best dance cardio– what i like is just going through the moves without doing a step by step. i'd rather spend the time getting cardio in!! because even if you don't know the moves, frantically trying to figure them out is just as good haha! just a suggestion for future videos 😉

  3. I love your channel.Your channel has actually encouraged me to do 100 squats,75 crunches,60 lunges,run a half a mile a day,and do intense ab workouts everyday.I now have a great beach body and I'm now eating healthier as well.
