CoronaVirus – The #1 Way To Protect Yourself (Newest Research From China)
=======================================
People have gone a bit crazy with the coronavirus lately. Too much of it is led by the media hype.In fact, the hype and misinformation about it has caused a massive shortage of hand sanitizers, rubbing alcohol and even toilet paper.

By the way, I’ll be releasing a video in a couple of days about the best disinfectants for killing the coronavirus. So, subscribe to this channel if you aren’t already… and make sure you click the notification icon so you’ll know when that video is released.

Anyway, let me just quickly get right to the point today and give you the best & easiest way to protect yourself from the coronavirus or any similar virus like the flu.

Wash Your Hands For At Least 20 Seconds

The best thing you can do is wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and I suggest 30. I know, totally lame and boring.

But, most people don’t do it! Statistics show that only 5% of people wash their hands correctly and long enough to kill harmful bacteria.And trust me, washing your hands for 30 seconds is longer than you think

Take a look at these pictures. You can see that the top left,
#1 is before washing.
#2 is what many people do, a quick rinse, which doesn’t do much.
#3 is six seconds with no soap and
#4 with soap is when you start to see the benefits.

By the way, most people wash less than 6 seconds#5, even at 15 seconds, there’s still some bacteria left. By the way, less than 5% of people wash their hands for 15 secondsThus, 30 seconds is ideal.Just know that a surgeon has to wash their hands for a minimum of 5 minutes before surgery. AND, they wear gloves on top of it.

So the least you and I can do, is invest 20-30 seconds. Just half a minute.Make sure you do it especially when you’re out in public, touching stuff, shaking hands, before you eat, after the bathroom and so forth.And pay extra attention to your fingers – don’t put them in your mouth, ears, eyes and so forth, unless you’ve done a thorough hand wash first.Just be mindful of these things.

An important reminder if nothing else.So there you have it. Make sure you wash your hands, often with soap and water for at least 20-30 seconds.Like said earlier, in a day or two I’ll release my next follow up video about the best disinfectants for killing the coronavirus. Stuff you can do at home and it’s easy and very inexpensive.This is especially important because there is a shortage of rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizers.I hope this was helpful.

Please give it a thumbs up if you liked it and more importantly, share it with friends so they can also protect themselves AND you from catching this or similar viruses.Thanks for watching and have a happy and very healthy day.
