  1. I’m not flexible, so this was really difficult for me! I was doing 10 difficult, and after 10 easy 😂 I hope next time I’ll be better !

  2. COMPLETE!!!!! Wooooh!! I’m doing this along with the 100 glute challenge, as well as practice/conditioning with my cross country team. I had a hard day today, as we practiced in the afternoon heat, but I still felt motivated to finish it off with these videos!! Thanks Cassey and Michelle! (Btw I love ur vids, Michelle. They always make me excited to work out.)

  3. am i the only one who gets a little nauseous when doing these (even at their speed) :'''(((( Had to slow it down a lil to get through the whole thing! but thank you for this challenge even though i'm a lil late to the game 🙂

  4. I feel so much pain in my lower back after doing this, especially on the right. It's a really sharp pain and when I do specific movements it gets worse. Where did I go wrong and how do I get rid of it?😞😥
