  1. Is it better to do one workout 5 days a week or 4 workouts 2 or 3 times a week? I don't really have time for a full 40 minute workout during the week but I'm not sure if 10 minutes is enough… :/ 

  2. I love your workout videos but I have a problem that maybe you can help me with. I play soccer so I have really muscular calves. Im not sure how to make them smaller! Please help. And I would also like to know how to work out the back of my thighs. Thanks:)

    Love your workouts! Short with maximum pressure:)  I mix up my routines every day.  abs, legs, shoulder & arms, 5 days a week if I get time.  But I make sure I get in at least 4 days if I am a bit busy.  Thanks for the videos and tips.  Keep up the great work…..
