  1. Push ups and planks are SO painful to my wrists and elbows. I think my joints are to weak to carry my body weight (because I can do arm exercises on machines, and have quite some strenght). Therefore I was very happy with the last exercise in this video! Killer exercise that I'm going to do often 😀

  2. i really love that arm workout at the latter part of the vid. i need it because whenever mom and I go out I am the one who holds the umbrella.. having strong arms really helps haha

  3. in may I remember crying in frustration because I could not complete this workout, but now a few weeks later I was able to do it all, and even did some on my toes instead of my knees!!

  4. During the push-ups my arms slowly got weaker. Ever since I started doing blogilates my arms have been hurting. Is it because my arms are sore from the workouts or something?

  5. why are you using such old videos for the beginners calender, i dont say its wrong are not good, but maybe time to freshing up  the beginners calender ?:p haha

  6. Hi Cassey, something's wrong with the audio, from the comments it seems like it's a online glitch problem, could you reupload this video? It's really hard to follow when the audio cuts off randomnly

  7. Hi Cassey, I am a huge fan of your workouts but please this video has got to go. Could you make another upper body video for the Beginner's Calendar? In this one the audio goes in and out. You look super long too…just wierd. 😛

PLEASE CASSIE, I LOVE THIS WORKOUT, BUT WITH IT EITHER PLAYING ON MY PHONE OR TV THE SOUND CUTS OUT A FOURTH OF THE WAY THROUGH, JUST DEAD AIR AND YOU WORKING OUT, I LIKE HOW YOU TALK AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WITHOUT YOUR VOICE If MY HEAD CAN'T LOOK AT A CERTAIN ANGLE OR SEE DIFFERENT MOVES WITH IT PLAYING UP ON MY TV, I USE TO DO THIS WORKOUT ALL THE TIME, PLEASE FIX THIS, I RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE WHO ASKS 🙂

  9. I dont have a yoga mat so i kneeled on my towel while my hands are on the floor. While doing the push ups, my towel slid furher and further so as I did my push ups, i was sliding more and more behind…and with my sweaty palms, i slide throughout the push ups and the up up down downs! In the end i skipped through those parts and did the arm circles instead.

  11. in this video there was not any audio problem before. But I lost my videos and after that I looked for the same video. All the versions in youtube has the same audio problem halfway through. I don't get it :/
