Resident Evil 4: 15th Anniversary

It has been 15 years since Resident Evil 4 originally launched on the Gamecube. To celebrate this staple of survival-horror, IGN’s own Max Scoville and Brian Altano discuss some of the ways this classic has left lasting effects on the horror video game genre and how it has shaped the way Resident Evil games are designed today.

  1. If I’m not mistaken, Joe Whyte the voice of Chris Redfield in remake does the “RESIDENT EVIL (ZERO!, FOUR!) in the intro for those three games (all came out around the same time on GameCube).

  2. THIS GAME DESTROYED RESIDENT EVIL GAMES!!!!! smfh. And ANYONE who cannot see this is a very sad manchild, desperately searching for a "teh bad@$$" to make them feel validated. lol
