Tabata Barre Sculpt


Join Coach Nikki for today’s Tabata Barre Sculpt workout!

Format: Tabatas; Perform each move for 20 seconds, repeat for 4 minutes.
1 – Chair squat step back
2 – Wide plie step out to passe

1 – Donkey kick to cross under
2 – Cross Body sit-up with leg raise

1 – 1st position Plie with knee in/out
2 – Curtsy to lateral leg lift

1 – Knee Side Plank hip dip to adduction
2 – Boat with alternating toe taps
