Format: 4-minute per Tabata Round
20 seconds of maximum effort with 10 second rest periods, alternating move 1 and move 2.

Round 1
Move 1: Chest press
Move 2: Chest Fly
Opt rest move Hip Thruster

Round 2
Move 1: Skull Crusher
Move 2: Lat Pullover
Opt rest move Core Crunch

Round 3
Move 1: Single Arm Bicep Curl to OH press
Move 2: Hinged Wide Row
Opt rest move Squat

Round 4
Move 1: Lat Pull-ins
Move 2: Push up to Jacknife
Opt rest move Sumo Jack
