Tropical Smoothie Art | CHEAP CLEAN EATS


I am obsessed with gorgeous smoothies, so today I am going to show you how to make “smoothie art”! Using kiwis, bananas, chia seeds, and berries, we’re making a tropical masterpiece! If you’ve ever wondered how to get fruits to stick to the side of a mason jar, this is your go-to tutorial!

Tropical Smoothie Recipe:


2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/3 cup almond milk
Pinch of stevia or honey
1 small banana, sliced 1/8″ thick
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced very thin
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/3 cup coconut water

Garnish Ideas:
Coconut flakes

  1. Cassey where do you get your clothes? THEY ARE SO CUTE! And not just your regular clothes, but also your workout clothes? I've tried looking from some of the tops on you site, but they don't have them on there, or I'm probably not looking in the right area?

  3. Wow.. some of these comments. Didn't know how serious and sensitive Blogilates fans were! Seriously, if it wasn't because Cassey basically had to make this
    artistic smoothie for a video, she wouldn't have time to make this in
    her spare time. Only unemployed, super artistic, snobs and bored people
    who would spend time making this. But "common" people have better
    things to do with their time.

  5. Are the chia seeds dangerous to the intestinal tract?, I heard once (but don't recall where and when) that the chia seeds becomen like stone in the intestinal tract, I like chia seeds, but I scared when I heard that… 😮
