  1. I am no personal trainer, but I would recommend doing it about 3-4 times so that you can workout about 15 minutes. Personally I combine few of the workouts from XFitDaily and I workout about 45-50 mins maybe 1 h daily depending on my timetable. Good Luck! And remember do this daily and combine it with healthy diet, no fast food and less sugar! 🙂

  2. Those hair are mesmerizing. I've been watching a handful of her videos, that's all I see, beautiful healthy hair bouncing around.
    I love this channel by the way, some of the most efficient workouts on youtube.
